Ontario Truss and Wall is a growing network of technology. Starting in the office using advanced computer software, information is sent to an almost fully automated production plant. The majority of our lumber is cut with computer controlled linear saws. These fully enclosed, automated saws are designed to cut custom parts safely with precision and speed. The lumber components are then moved to the assembly department where more technology awaits. Custom truss configuration is setup in seconds using automated jigging systems. Components are then guided into place following laser projectors to ensure the accuracy of every truss built.
Our latest investment, PlantOne Projection by Enventek, was a multi-screen projector system that displays all technical information needed for truss assembly. This new technology greatly streamlines design and increases the efficiency of our production lines.
